FITNESS PROGRAMS
Our mainstay class is led by the man who owns the Gym – Bobby Wright. He’s known for leading intense, sweaty workouts on the floor of our studio, which overlooks busy Granby Street. Bobby’s core class works the part of your body from which all strength ultimately comes: your abdominals, lower back and six-pack are brewed in Bobby's core class.
For those days when you don’t have much time, we offer a self-guided program called Fast Fit. In 20 minutes, Fast Fit can lead you through a machine workout that will work the essentials in record time.
Want the most intense workout known to mankind? Pickup the Insanity Workout DVD at the front desk, take it up to our studio, plug it in and follow along. Instructor Shaun T alternates between explosive cardio drills, power and resistance moves, plyometrics and core and balance work. Shaun says give his program 60 days and you’ll “feel like you conquered Mount Everest.”
